Chania is the second largest city of Crete. It lies along the north coast of the island, about 70 km west of Rethymno and 145 km west of Heraklion. The city of Chania can be divided in two parts: the old town and the modern city which is the larger one.
Hotel : Santa Marina Beach Resort
This 4 star beach resort is situated at the most beautiful region of
West Crete, the Village of Aghia Marina. It is located only 8 km from
the picturesque city of Chania on a long sandy beach.
The Hotel consists of two complexes connected via an underground tunnel.
Both complexes are surrounded by extensive colorful gardens where one
can walk, relax or play.
It has 188 spacious and comfortable rooms. All of them have balconies,
air conditioning, TV, radio, direct dial phone, mini bar, hair dryer and
private bathroom. Room service is available to all our guests throughout
the day, while safe deposit boxes are available in the reception area
Within the hotel operates the main restaurant and a self service
restaurant.
A large variety of meals is available ranging from traditional Greek

hand through the lobby bar, the pool bar and the beach bar. One can

pool, while the children play in the playground or the children’s

Day 1:
The Etz Hayyim Synagogue is the only surviving remnant of the once
Jewish community on the Greek isle of Crete. After being restored, the
synagogue has become tourist destination and has attracted visits from
foreign dignitaries like Queen Sofia of Spain, the sister of the former
King Constantine II of Greece. |

Day 2 :
The Samaria Gorge is a national park in the island of Crete, one of the
major tourist attractions of the island.
The gorge is in the prefecture of Chania in the South West of Crete. It
was created by a small river running between the White Mountains and
Mount Volakias. The gorge is 18 km long. The most famous part of the
gorge is the section known as the 'Iron Gates', where the sides of the
gorge close to about 4 meters in and reach up to 500 meters high. |

Day 3 :
All day trip , which is travel from ancient to present day. Tourist can
better know culture , tradition and hear more information about Crete.
Aptera is ruins of the ancient city , witch was exist from XIV p.n.e
to VII n.e. We visit unearth houses from Byzantium period and baths from
Roman period and also ruins of Artemida Temple. Next attraction is Kurna
, the only one post-glacial lake on Crete , depth for 80 m . We travel
Argieroupoli- romantic village ,were from holl sides water is cascading
stream down and that makes beautiful waterfall. |

Day 4 :
Heraklion is the largest city and capital of Crete. It is also the
fourth largest city in Greece. The visitor to Iraklion should definitely
visit the archaeological site at Knossos and the Archaeological Museum
of Iraklion that houses most of the Minoan findings in Crete.
The Minoan Palace of Knossos it the site of the most important and best
known Minoan palace complex in Crete. It is located some 5 km south of
Heraklion. According to tradition, Knossos was the seat of the legendary
Cretan king Minos. The Palace is also connected with further legends,
such as the myth of the Labyrinth and the Minotaur, as well as the story
of Daidalos and Ikaros. |

The Heraklion Archaeological Museum
is one of the largest and most important museums in Greece, and among
the most important museums in Europe. It houses representative artifacts
from all the periods of Cretan prehistory and history, covering a
chronological span of over 5,500 years from the Neolithic period to
Roman times. |

Day 5 :
Hersonissos is world known for its beautiful and scenic beaches and
exciting night life, although there is much more to be seen in this
historical and beautiful city.
Aquaworld Aquarium in Hersonissos have a important mission : interest in
marine life and reptiles in general. They believe that bringing people
as close as possible to these wonderful creatures will encourage them to
care for the animals themselves and their environment. |

Day 6 :
The Maritime Museum of Crete was founded in Chania to protect and
exhibit tem naval traditions - especially Cretan naval tradition - which
have always be source of National survival and inspiration. |
